P.S.: Mein Yuppie-Blues ist nur eine Warnung fuer die junge Manager, dass Reichtum und viel Geld nicht das einzige Ziel des Lebens sein duerfte. Mit diesem Lied verbinde ich etwas persoenliches, weil ich 7 Jahre als Yuppie gearbeitet habe. That is the problem which occurs over and over again to yuppies and hippies: "Self Destruction". This money or drugs dependence makes people blind, they are not taking into account the reasonable restrictions and... And: "Tomorrow, and tomorrow, and tomorrow, creeps in this petty pace from day to day, to the last syllable of recorded time; and all our yesterdays have lighted fools the way to dusty death. Out, out, brief candle!.." (Shakespeare, Macbeth) And my blues is something like the warning: "Yuppies, be careful! Life is wonderful!"
